ABOUT BOSS98
We're not just another online gaming platform. boss98 was built with one clear goal – to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable digital entertainment experience to all Malaysians, wherever they are.
Boss98 started from a simple idea – that Malaysian users deserve an online entertainment platform that truly understands their local needs. Not a platform built elsewhere and half-translated. But one designed from the ground up with Malaysian players in mind.
When boss98 first launched in 2018, the Malaysian online gaming market was already crowded with options. Yet most platforms at the time shared the same problems – confusing interfaces, slow withdrawal processes, unresponsive customer support, and payment methods that weren't friendly to local users.
We turned all those shortcomings into opportunities. boss98 was developed with a focus on three fundamentals: ease of use, robust security, and transaction speed. Today, boss98 has grown into one of the most widely used online entertainment platforms in Malaysia, with over 500,000 registered members nationwide.
But even as we have grown in size, that original spirit remains the same – to deliver the best experience to every boss98 player, one match, one round, and one bet at a time.
Started with a core platform offering Slot Games and Live Casino – focused on simplicity and reliability from day one.
Boss98 expanded its offering with a Sports Betting platform and became one of the first in Malaysia to support DuitNow as a primary payment method.
Native apps for Android and iOS let users access all boss98 features from anywhere with a faster, smoother experience.
A major milestone – the trust of over 100,000 members confirms that boss98 is on the right track in our mission to serve players in Malaysia.
Boss98 added the hugely popular Fish Shooting Games category and e-sports betting, including MLBB and DOTA 2 – favourites among younger Malaysian players.
Boss98 today has over half a million registered members and continues to improve the platform with the latest technology for a better gaming experience.
Every transaction at boss98 is protected with the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by banking institutions. Your personal and financial data is stored securely and never shared with any third party without your consent.
We know how important it is to access your winnings quickly. boss98 processes withdrawals via DuitNow in under 5 minutes – no hidden fees and no unnecessary questions.
From Live Casino with real dealers to the latest Slot Games, fun Fish Shooting Games to Sports Betting and e-sports – boss98 has everything you're looking for in one integrated platform.
Boss98 supports all popular payment methods in Malaysia – DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. Easy deposits and withdrawals with no currency conversion or international cards required.
The boss98 support team is available anytime via live chat. Our support staff are proficient in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, and English to ensure your issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
The boss98 app for Android and iOS is built to deliver the smoothest gaming experience on mobile. Small download size, full-featured – it's the best way to access boss98 anywhere you go.
Every decision we make at boss98 – from interface design to withdrawal policies, from selecting game providers to how we train our customer support team – is guided by the core values we have upheld since day one.
These values aren't just slogans on an office wall. They're how we operate every day, and the standard we hold ourselves to while serving over half a million boss98 members across Malaysia.
We believe user trust is the most valuable asset we have. Once that trust is gone, no amount of bonuses or promotions can win it back. That's why we make the right decisions from the start, not after problems arise.
Boss98 has no hidden fees, confusing terms, or conditions designed to block your withdrawals. All terms and conditions are written clearly and are easy to understand.
Every boss98 system is built with security as a priority, not an afterthought. Encryption, two-factor authentication, and real-time fraud monitoring are our standard.
Every new feature, every update, and every boss98 policy is evaluated from the player's perspective. Does it make the gaming experience better? If yes, we implement it.
Boss98 takes Responsible Gaming seriously. Personal deposit limits, forced breaks, and links to help resources are available to all our members.
The boss98 technology team constantly works to improve the platform – from load speeds to new features that keep up with the ever-evolving needs of Malaysian players.
The boss98 team is made up of Malaysians who understand the needs, preferences, and lifestyle of local users. This isn't just a tagline – it shows in every product decision we make.
When boss98 players run into an issue, we act fast. Our average support response time is under 3 minutes – because we know your time matters.
Boss98 never sells user data to third parties. Your information is used solely for account and security purposes – nothing more, nothing less.
We don't operate for short-term profit. boss98 is built to last – by forging lasting relationships of trust with every player who joins our community.
Boss98 believes entertainment should stay entertaining. Our platform is built with features that help players take better control of their gaming experience.
Every boss98 member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from within their account. A self-exclusion feature is also available for players who feel they need a break from gaming activity.
Boss98 partners with local support organisations and provides easy access to help resources through our Responsible Gaming page. We take this seriously because we genuinely care about our members' long-term wellbeing, not just their deposits.
Boss98 operates under a licence issued by a recognised international regulatory body. This licence requires boss98 to comply with strict operational standards, including regular game audits, segregation of player funds, and adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.
The RNG (Random Number Generator) used across all boss98 games is independently audited by third-party certification bodies. This ensures every game is fair and all outcomes are truly random with no manipulation.
